Beaux Arts Ball has its roots in 17th century France. The National Academy of Architecture, Painting and Sculpture celebrated the end of examinations by staging all-night revels and masked balls that encouraged freedom of expression and offered social equality for the disguised. These festivities often have a theme.
The theme for the 2019 Beaux Arts Ball is "Metamorphosis". This event will be held at the Palisades of Towson on Saturday, April 27 from 7pm -11pm. Costumes are encouraged, but definitely not mandatory. Fabulous food will be provided by caterer Zeffert & Gold, there is a whiskey tasting by Manatawny Stillworks, dancing to the music of our talented DJ, and incredible decorations throughout the space. OPEN BAR ALL NIGHT! Tickets limited to the first 200 people, so please buy early.
There are two ticket options - $85 for general admission. There is a ticket for attendees who are 30 years old or younger for $50. There is also a $100 option which includes a one-year membership in the Baltimore County Arts Guild (normally $25).
